5. GCash Payment Data

Our store currently accepts payments through GCash. When you submit payment proof, we collect:

• GCash reference number — used to verify your transaction
• Payment proof screenshot — an image of your GCash receipt uploaded by you

Who can view this data: Payment proof screenshots and reference numbers are accessible only to our site administrators for the purpose of verifying and approving orders.

Retention: Payment proof images are retained for as long as your order record exists in our system. If you request account deletion, associated payment data will be removed as part of that process.

• After verification, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period
• During the grace period, you can log back in to cancel the deletion
• After 30 days, all your personal data, order history, and uploaded files will be permanently removed

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
• Payment proof uploads are stored in a protected directory accessible only to administrators
• OTP codes expire after a short time period

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
